WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT FROM US

   When you book, please pay a deposit or your course fee in full. Once we receive your deposit, we will send you a booking pack by email which will contain your payment receipt, a full itinerary to print off, a kit list, helpful hints about your retreat or course, directions to the venue and flight details if you've asked us to book your flights.

When you arrive you can expect us to provide you with wonderful hospitality, helpful and patient teachers, friendly hosts and always delicious food. We will always aim to strike a perfect balance between study and relaxation.
